Christ’s Church Ministries Sabbath Service is based on the apostolic pattern of celebration in Acts 2:42: “And they steadfastly persevered, devoting themselves constantly to the instruction and fellowship of the apostles, to the breaking of bread [including the Lord’s Supper] and prayers.” (Amplified Bible)

  • Holy Spirit led personal & intercessory prayers & empathetic support
  • Breaking of Bread, Holy Communion

Services and Celebrations Observed in 2015

Spring Feast foreshadowing the coming of Messiah:

  1. Pesach or Passover – April 3rd
  2. First Fruits or Resurrection Day – April 5th
    (50 Day Count of the Omer)
  3. Shavuot or Pentecost – May 23th

Fall Feast foreshadowing the Second Coming of Jesus ;
(40 Day Season of Elul, Reflection & Teshuvah/Repentance)

  1. Yom Teruah or Zichron Teruah or Feast of Trumpets (Day of Shouting) – Sept 13th
  2. Yom Kippur or Day of Attoinment – Sept 23rd
  3. Sukkot or Tabernacles (8 Days) – Oct 3rd

Minor Feasts Jesus would have observed:

  • Purim (Celebration of deliverance, preserving the linage of Messiah) – March 4th
  • Hanakkah /Feast of Deadication (8 Days) – Dec 12th

National Holidays with Spiritual Significance:

  • National Day of Prayer – May 7th
  • Thanksgiving – Nov 26th
  • Christmas – Dec 25th
